For us location was found to be be very good. It is a bit away from railway station. But perfectly it is a place of peace and nature.
Transport by toto/ e rickshaw, bus, car is amptly available. We preferred toto.

Lovely to have the opportunity to stay in a traditional house (but with a modern bathroom). The house was immaculate and the garden was beautiful, with an attractive verandah from where to admire it. Madhabi was a very welcoming and helpful host who cooked excellent breakfasts and dinners for me. The house is very well located in an area with little traffic and in easy walking distance of the main places of interest in Santiniketan (though sadly much was closed due to a national holiday when I was there).
Awesome property if you are looking to spend peaceful time with your near and dear ones, a quaint walk with your pet and all within a secured environment. Fantastic service by Rabilal ( the person who looks after the property). Just minutes drive away from Shantiniketan this place will give a proper taste of rural Bengal. Overall we loved our stay in Shantiniketan , Jeffrey(our pet) loved it too.
Cheap budget fresh breakfast..location was among nature lots of greeneries & walkable campus..care take was there for help..lots of amenities was there n most are free..

I loved the quietness of the locale, the way it is maintained, and that it was very spacious with minimal furnishings. The couch with its owl motifs was really unique!
The get-up of the property is very cute. The surrounding is good and very quiet. The owner is very helpful and cooperative. The cook, a young lady is excellent at cooking, who offered us delicious dishes as per our choice.
