The location was very near to Hitec city which is a great plus point. The behavior of the owner was quite amicable . It's a great value for money.

Host Tanvir was very friendly and made sure we had a hassle free and comfortable stay. His suggestions on restaurants were excellent. He also provided us with contacts of the local cab drivers who were very friendly, cooperative and had reasonable rates. Caretaker Suraj was very responsive in answering our calls and made sure all our needs were provided for. The stay had all basic amenities and is situated in a quiet locality of East Marredpally. No trouble in swiggying orders or booking uber/ola.
The room I had (on the rear side) was quiet, comfortable, clean, and secure. The bed was comfortable and so were the armchairs. The bathroom facilities are fine for the price of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room had a useful desk to work from, and Wifi was included. I used the laundry service which was good value and returned clean clothes in two days.
It is very affordable hotel and rooms are clean. If you want a stopover before switching to another destination it is the best bet. It is budget friendly and meets all the basic requirement. Please note this is not a luxury hotel so do not come with that expectation. Location is quite good. Rooms are decent size and clean. they are very particular about how many people are staying in each room so book accordingly as towel and other services will be as per the booking only. Overall great experience in this price range.
