Benns in was decent, we liked the location. Rooms clean. Staff very helpful, Shibu was great with us and would go out hos way to help of we needed anything, always there to help. Would stay here again if was In Madrem area.

I don't have many nice things to say about this place - I do not think it's value for money (we went during peak season so maybe that's why prices were high). The biggest plus are the two cute dogs at the property.
I think this is a decent place for a long-term stay - but it's definitely not somewhere I would want to spend my vacation. The place did not look like it did in the pictures, it had a musty smell and we found stained blankets (caretakers insisted that they were not dirty, just marked). We checked out a day early because we were generally disappointed with our stay.
Lastly, the two caretakers were generally unresponsive. For example, we ran out of drinking water the day we checked in, and Sameer failed to tell us how to use the water filter before he locked his door and went to sleep.

Everything especially the quiet location, decor in room and on property was just beautiful and sublime with tastefully picket bedspreads and paintings and furniture and the soothing white colour walls, constant availability of drinking water, spa facilities, excellent homemade breakfast of unlimited items, provision of conditioner I asked for, beach towels, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee in the room, beautiful balcony, lovely staff, and Hemant, the host, who was chatty and personable. Stayed for 4 nights and highly recommend it!

Exceptional! The host goes over and beyond in making sure you’re satisfied to the fullest. We stayed for 2 nights and on the first morning, there was bit of a delay (logistics) because of which we had to skip breakfast as we were on a tight schedule. Our host and his team travelled all the way to the south side of Goa where we were and despite network fluctuations managed to deliver us sandwiches and other bits- some feat! Nothing was ever too much for them and they made sure we were completely satisfied. Very rare in the world of today! Thank you!

Great location and private even though my bungalow was a stones throw from the main beach. It was also very clean and had everything I needed including a fridge and decent air conditioning.

Great location if you want somewhere quiet. Just across the road is a huge almost deserted beach. The room has good facilities with a little kitchen and your own fridge/freezer. A lovely terrace too. A short walk up the beach there are more facilities / resorts if you want.

Great location yet being set back from main road enough so very quietly listening to the morning birds from the room's balcony. Roshan is excellent there as helped me to feel immediately comfortable after long flight. Room was very clean & the bed comfortable with nice size refrigerator & kettle. Air conditioning worked great. The building itself is very nicely constructed.
The staff and management were exceptional. So helpful and friendly. I loved the style and decor of the place. It was in a great location, with its own private beach, and restaurant overlooking the sea. The food was fantastic, too.
Bed was very comfortable and room was mostly clean, it was in a great location close to Mandrem beach and not far from Arambol. Despite being so close to these places it is still nice an quiet in a peaceful area. The chicken sandwiches were delicious and they had a good selection of foods - even if you don't eat there, there are a lot of options nearby.
