Lovely room with balcony which we loved! Also is a very lovely building on the outside (colourful). The owner of the property was really helpful and hospitable- willing to help with suggestions of places to eat and go etc.

Very clean and quiet. The shared kitchen had a good range of equipment. The washing machine was easy to work. Johns taxi drivers were very good and friendly.
Loved the place and the hospitality. Charming hosts, very thoughtful. Joe and Linda and their family are super hosts and very mindful. They are eager to help out by guiding you to the best places to shop, eat and visit. The apartments have everything you need - kettle, toiletries and ample space. We will surely be visiting them again. Location is brilliant.
Everything was perfect. The customer service is exquisite. Hotel staff are so friendly. The food is excellent, especially breakfast, rooms are well equipped, and facilities top notch. It was more than a 5 star hotel! Plus they have good activities and very excellent restaurants nearby. In a beautiful quiet part of Goa. We’d recommend!
