We visited the property on weekend and it was a surreal experience,the owner went out of his way to help us and one such incident was that I forgot to bring the cake as it was raining heavily but the owner with his own vehicle drove us to the market and brought the cake for us

The owner of the property was very cooperative and available whenever needed. Being a new establishment they were anxious to give good customer service. The view from the balcony of all the rooms (we booked 3 deluxe rooms) were decent. There was plenty of morning sunshine and we liked it.

The room was very comfortable and located right next to the Mahabaleshwar temple, which made things convenient. The view from the room was great as well.

Big shout out to pramod chef. He was so sweet and gave us food according to our preference and diet restrictions. Super tasty food. Good accommodating staff and clean rooms. Service on point. The hotel is at nice location. Last time in mahabaleshwar we booked something really far by mistake and that was horrible. This hotel was right in the market and very convenient. Very very cheap for the value they gave. So much food and activities with a big room for hardly 2700 rupees we booked.
The property has got just beautiful views. Its very peaceful and is located at a very great location. Host siddhi was really very accommodating and the caretakers were available to cater all requests.
The size of the rooms and quietness. The location was great near Mapro garden though the access road was little unsafe. we had booked two side b side rooms and it was all good for a short stay of 2 nights with family of four (a couple and 2 young children).
I thank management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Located slightly further away from the city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest.
