Stayed here for 3 nights. Away from the hussle and noise of the main part in Khajuraho. It's a short and easy walk to the centre where you'll find all restaurants and shops. From the roof you even have a view of the temples (although the rooftop could be made more attractive, like the garden!). Friendly people, big room and very good value for money.

It is a beautiful property. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We could see the mountain sitting on our balcony. The property has many places to sit and chill, like the verandah space on the first floor, the kitchen and dining space, and there's one in the garden area as well. I absolutely loved the aesthetics of the place. The surroundings are very pretty with lush green fields. There is a shared kitchen area (well equipped) where one can cook and eat if they want. One of the best things about the property was the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and nonintervening. Mr. John and Rakesh Ji took care of everything we needed. Mr. John was so kind to see us off till the main gate while we were leaving. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, and cozy space to stay in Khajuraho, we would certainly recommend this property. This place is a little away from the city. For us, that was a plus point since we were looking for a quiet space away from the city noise. So if you have a two-wheeler with you, it would be great, or you may get one on rent. Or else one can commute via auto-rickshaw. We would certainly rebook this property if we visit Khajuraho again.

We e joyed our stay at Karma home stay khajuraho. We booked a doble private room and it was silent and comfortable. The staff were amazing, friendly and willing to help. We had a problem with our hot water supply, and they didn’t rest until had it fixed. They also extended the hot water time for us because we arrived late. The hostel has a nice breakfast and an amazing view of the sunrise

The venue is located not very far from Khajuraho centre, it's a very quiet and pretty area. Very nice change from crowded cities we've seen before. Also the staff is super helpful - they have their own tuk tuk so they can drive you anywhere, take you from the train station or airport for an additional fee as well. Everybody is willing to help make the sighseeing plans as well.
The room was ok, decent size with private bathroom with warm water. Also great price.
Great location , most attractions are easily accessible, comfortable bed and clean rooms, helpful and welcoming staff and hostel also offer Scooty rentals at cheap rates (highly recommended) to easily reach nearby attractions outside the city.

Raj, is helping with everything and so politely, he is organising tours, train tickets, tucktucks, food....whatever you need! Khajurao is a nice quite town to stay a few days...the tempel are all in walking distance from the hotel.
A great location, walking distance to the main temple complex. A family run business. Abbas, the owner can arrange or provide transport from the bus/train station - much easier and cheaper than trying to negotiate with the local auto-rickshaw drivers. He was knowledgeable and helpful in things to do in the area, again helping with transport if required.
