First class facilties in the room- very clean, hot showers and a comfy bed.
Large veranda with comfortable seating and a fridge to keep our drinks cool. Also equipped with a kettle to make our own hot drinks.
Beautiful views over garden at the front of the house and our room faced the rear, with extensive views over open countryside.
Genial and friendly hosts, with excellent English helped us when we needed it, but didn't intrude.
The house is situated on the edge of the old village so we could get a small taste of local life as well as visiting the quieter temples in the area.
Simple but tasty breakfasts, with good coffee.

The rooms are lovely and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and look just like the photos. All the staff there went out of their way to make us welcome, a courtesy car from the station on our late arrival, provided us with a heater for the chilly mornings and evenings etc. They helped us arrange our safari experience and also helped us arrange our transport to our next destination. It's on the edge of town but there are plenty of tuk-tuk offers as you step onto the main road, it's an easy 20 to 25 minute walk otherwise, and the streets are alot less busy than any other Indian city we've been to so far, non of that battling to hear yourself think over the constant horns!!!
A brilliant group of young men with big plans as they continue to develop their vision for the future. This is definitely a place to watch as I'm sure it will continue to go from strength to strength.

We e joyed our stay at Karma home stay khajuraho. We booked a doble private room and it was silent and comfortable. The staff were amazing, friendly and willing to help. We had a problem with our hot water supply, and they didn’t rest until had it fixed. They also extended the hot water time for us because we arrived late. The hostel has a nice breakfast and an amazing view of the sunrise

The venue is located not very far from Khajuraho centre, it's a very quiet and pretty area. Very nice change from crowded cities we've seen before. Also the staff is super helpful - they have their own tuk tuk so they can drive you anywhere, take you from the train station or airport for an additional fee as well. Everybody is willing to help make the sighseeing plans as well.
The room was ok, decent size with private bathroom with warm water. Also great price.
Great location , most attractions are easily accessible, comfortable bed and clean rooms, helpful and welcoming staff and hostel also offer Scooty rentals at cheap rates (highly recommended) to easily reach nearby attractions outside the city.

Raj, is helping with everything and so politely, he is organising tours, train tickets, tucktucks, food....whatever you need! Khajurao is a nice quite town to stay a few days...the tempel are all in walking distance from the hotel.
A great location, walking distance to the main temple complex. A family run business. Abbas, the owner can arrange or provide transport from the bus/train station - much easier and cheaper than trying to negotiate with the local auto-rickshaw drivers. He was knowledgeable and helpful in things to do in the area, again helping with transport if required.
