The property owner is a gem! Book without hesitation if you are looking for a budget friendly room! Me and my wife visited Goa in Nov 2024 and stayed at Pande residency. Its easily reachable from Canacona Bypass Bus Pickup point / Canacona Bus stand. We are vegetarians and the owner suggested a nearby good veg restaurant. On my day of sightseeing, my slippers tore and I was just enquiring the owner to suggest me a good place to buy slippers. He was gracious to even offer his own slippers incase I needed them urgently. He is available on call/whatsapp all the time. Due to my schedule, I had to contact him in the middle night and early morning. He was sleeping but still woke up and came to help without any cribbing.

The resort exceeded my expectations. It's so beautiful and quiet and peaceful. The room size was large with a large attached luxury bathroom including Hot water tub. In front of the room it was a cute small garden with original green grass so we could walk bear foot. The pool was super clean.
