Check in process was easy. Staff were quiet friendly and helpful. Overall, the place was clean; especially the toilet and bathroom were very clean, with new sanitary fittings. Though on-site parking was limited, we were allowed to park our big car in the owner's parking area, further down the road.
Quiet and good location. Very responsive host. Room facilities as promised. A special mention to the on premises manager Mr. Rajan who took care of every aspect and personally guided us when we had to visit the famous Guruvayur temple. Very rare to get this kind of personal touch.
This lovely team manages Avanti like a family place. Vinod, Vayshak and their team look after you like their own. Even small requests are looked into. The apartment is kept in perfect clean condition and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a small convenience store if you need also. A great location.
