Thoroughly impressed, the rooms were impeccably clean, well maintained.The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Although we realised that we left our gold ring in one of the rooms and called the staff after 24 hours, they quickly addressed our issue, searched for our lost ring and handed it over to us. Really appreciate their efforts and we are thankful to them. Overall a fantastic and pleasant stay.

Great shower with hot water, central location and very clean
We liked the staffs treating us in a very friendly way and so helpfull to guide us to which all places we have to visit they also speak to the localities and reduce amount for renting vehicles.
And also after vacating they helped us to get taxi in a cheap price to railwaystation.
With all my heart i loved the way they treated us...

I have no idea why the exceptionally low scores in some reviews. It's a typical budget room set back about 100m from the beach. Just 3 rooms in a palm fringed yard on a quiet field. Nothing fancy at all, but clean. Spacious enough with a nice bathroom. Private furnished terrace outside your room. To my surprise, even though the description says no restaurant, you actually got to walk through a cozy basic beach bar/restaurant to get to your room. Different business though. The WiFi in that beach bar is superb.

Sammy is flexible (I could sleep in my hammock for a cheaper price), smiling, hospitable, helpful, empathic, very nice and with beautiful vibes.
Some other members of the staff are nice too, like Shree and also Laxmi who helped me to wear my saree.
Very safe for the luggage. You can also use a safe box if you bring your padlock.l

The toilets and the place are cleaned all day long.
The location is quite great. It leads to the beach through a very quaint path from within the property. It's next to some great cafes on the beach too. The rooms are very clean. Sandeep is a great host and really helped me enjoy my stay. I would come back to this place whenever i visit Gokarna next
