The stay was wonderful. 100 marks to the staff. 100 marks to the cook. Verry friendly staff. I stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The view from the room is also amazing. It is a bit far from Mall Road, but it is free and away from the hustle and traffic of the city. It is quiet and calm. View from the rooms is amazing. I would 100% recommend it.
Very welcoming family, they catered to our needs, and made us feel like we were at home. It's a quiet and peaceful place. Mr. Sonam was really helpful. He guided us in visiting several places, and arranged for a travel agent for our trip to Nathula.

Uncle(The owner) took care and kept in touch before we reached Gangtok to even after leaving Gangtok for our next destination pelling.
The transportation arrangement was superb, quick and cheap.
Location is great if you prefer being a little bit away from the noise of the city. We absolutely absolutely loved the location. You can avail shared taxi for Rs. 50 per person to go to MG Marg. Great location to start your Nathula journey early.
The hosts of the homestay are true gems of people you rarely meet in the hospitality industry. They are genuinely happy and helpful people. Both uncle and aunty made our stay memorable. Aunty cooks amazing food, and uncle is very resourceful for a comfortable stay.
Situated close to the city centre.
Lot of small eateries around, so lack of a functional in-house restaurant was not felt.
Had a great time at the cafe, Great vibe with TV and Music.
Till date it was the most loveable yet cost effective property. It had everything you ask for. Located at a nice quaint and quiet neighbourhood just outskirts of the city. Magnificent hill view from every corner, be it the room, the dining room, the bathrooms. Tasty vegetarian food (the time we visited) and two very hard working ladies who maintain the property. The family suit was beautiful with a nice party ready balcony overlooking the Himalayas. All the local sights were nearer in fact.
A fantastic place. Saran was a great host, very helpful. Location is stunning, a lot of colourful birds. I stayed in female room, and from room's balcony I observed birds every morning. Lovely cats and dogs around. My friend stayed in a private room and he loved it. We have breakfast and dinner every day in the house, and the kitchen staff cooked different meals every day. All that was handy, because there is no other restaurants nearby. Big lockers to store your stuff in dorms. A lot of common space nicely decorated.
