For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Host was humble and generous. Drinking water and option to cook own food was available. Beds were neat and clean and better than private hotels. Price of stay was affordable. UPS is available incase of powercut. Suggestion for others: use this accommodation instead of paying higher price for expensive homestays and spend the saved money on your Jeep rides ( that's how I did 😛 )
A quiet place on the outskirts of town... Needed a getaway and this was perfect. The owner Suhas helped with all arrangements. The property manager Arjun is a great host. Suhas also organised a rickshaw for local sightseeing - Lokesha the driver was helpful as a local guide and respectful. The chef in the property makes very tasty local food. They collectively ensured my stay was memorable and comfortable.
The property is very close to the main town, yet it is situated in a very quiet locality. It offers all the facilities one might happen to require in a luxury service apartment. The people at the help desk were very kind and provided us with all the relevant information to shop and go places at Chikamangaluru.

Getting a motorbike is a good idea to get there and explore the surrounding area.
Instead of 2 rooms we got a whole flat with our private living room with kitchen annex and balcony! They have 2 units per floor, in each unit there are 2 bedrooms + living room with kitchen. So if you come in 4, you actually get a flat. :) There's a water gallon in the kitchen.
The parking space is really big.
The hotel itself is near the main road but more in the residential area so it's really quiet.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and had all amenities that I needed. It is located 3km from city centre, hence not too far. Hotel is very accessible and in a quiet location. Just what I wanted! It was worth the money. The staff are very polite. They helped us in finding a cab for local visit.
The property is located in a quiet isolated place 9 kms from city centre but it’s worth it . You can get a shared auto/van to city centre just outside the property .The staff is kind and helpful , the owner is very nice and just a call away .The food is good . Rooms were super clean , washrooms were clean and has 24x7 hot water supply . Please do stay here when in Chikkamagaluru .
