The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and enough warm water. The staff was very nice and eager to please - our train was late but they prepared dinner for us anyway.

Poor cleaning, poor service, bad ambiance. Charged for a 5 star hotel and the room was a hostel room. Essentially, they have converted a hostel to hotel and hence, very poor place. No elevator, no water, dirty bathroom. Felt like they scammed us.

The ambience of the property was very soothing and quiet luxurious, food was out of the world especially pizza. They do their own organic farming, almost everything was farm grown, I visited the farm myself some setup these guys have! Must visit place
The area and entrance was off-putting when I first arrived and seemed overcrowded and rundown but once I was on the floor of the hotel it was peaceful and pleasant and quiet with good hot water shower, pretty spacious, no mosquitoes, comfortable bed. The area is better than it looks at first and has good fresh fruit juice shops and good quality inexpensive food in some of the small eateries around it. Excellent value and close to railway junction and bus ticket booking shops.
Very clean and the location is great, well connected to the city! a nice boutique/luxury stay.
