Joe and Bryan were excellent hosts. Helped us with great hotel options to visit and also getting around. the swimming pool was clean. our room was big. breakfast was great!

I have been here twice, it's one of the best and comforting stay at Anjuna. The owner of the property is very polite and kind. Rooms are clean the staff at the property is Good but one of the staff at the breakfast gave a bad experience.

We loved the attentive, warm staff. The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. It's a charming, old-fashioned hotel set in a colonial style.
The breakfast was freshly prepared. We stayed two days and got a variety of dishes from aloo parathas to omlettes, poha and puri bhaji with fresh fruit juice and very good masala tea the two days of our stay.
Quaint, quiet escape in the middle of bustling Anjuna. The owner and staff, especially Diago, kept us great company and were warm hosts. The pool was clean and a lifesaver in the hot afternoons! Centrally located and very close to Anjuna, Vagator, Chapora etc. Would definitely recommend :)
I loved the new other building in the property. It was very aesthetic and quiet. We also had a swimming pool which was sort of private. The staff was very sweet and helpful!
This property is an absolute gem. The staff here are incredibly considerate and attentive, making every moment delightful. The private pool adds a touch of luxury, and the food served is simply divine. Can't wait to come back to this beautiful property again.
Lovely homey yet holiday vibe of this heritage property. The place has an open and warm vibe. We had a room with a private jacuzzi and it was a fabulous private experience. The suites are massive, and beautifully designed with all the amenities of a luxury hotel.
The place is very charming, the room is comfortable and the bathroom pretty big, it is very quiet no matter the time of the day or night. The staff is very caring. The casa is close to the beach and close to plenty good restaurants and bars, there’s a scooter rental and taxi stand nearby if needed. It is the only boutique hotel in the area and it is so good value for the comfort and quality of stay.
The breakfast which was included was great value, I loved my room in the tree house, from my private veranda I saw monkeys, peacocks, kingfishers, goats, cows, dogs and cats. I stayed for twenty nights and I did not have one bad experience. The staff nothing is too much trouble and Michelle is a great hostess. The guest house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, flea Market, shops and restaurants. I loved my stay here and was so sad to leave.
Great location, nice and quiet, central but still private. Near to the beach, supermarkets and ATM’s nearby. Room comes with fan and AC, fridge, fresh bottled water and clean towels. Alex, the host is super welcoming and friendly and helped out with any questions we had, would highly recommend!
