We liked the place because the room was big, quiet in the night, and the staff very friendly, helpful and easy going. We came for nature and birdwatching, and the surrondings proved to be interessant. We also visited Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary that is easily accessible by bus from Loyal residency.
We asked for laundry service and it was perfectly done for an excellent price. Laundry shops are often rare in India, as far as we know (we visited only 3 states so far).

Place was quite and calm, since it was off season we got a good space to move around.
Swimming pool was well maintained,Though it was a common pool, it felt like private pool as we were the only ppl in the resort. Rooms were clean and bathtub is another attraction
Very helpful staff. Great location. Beautiful rooms. We enjoyed variety of tasty local food. They always ensured to have some non spicy dishes in menu suitable for kids. Walks inside property are lovely Since rain had started some of the routes had lot of tall grass. However staff mentioned they maintain these routes well and cut off grass in other seasons.
It was a excellent Hotel, great location, Excellent Food, extremely courteous staff, I would recommend to all stay in this hotel if you are planning for a trip to Wayand. What I liked most was the Music, and Karoke that was played during Dinner- Very good soothing music and retro songs. From the time we checked in checked out everything was take care , Had a great time
I would definitely visit this Hotel again if I plan for another trip to Wayand
