The setting of Marsh Mede is from tv series for Australians from a far. It has a beautiful outlook on to an inlet with a short walk to a pub for dinner. Claire, the hostess, regularly checked if everything was to our liking. Bfast was one of our best in our trip- fresh fruit and salmon and eggs superb. Amazing in every way, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Their attention to detail, the decor, their hospitality went beyond our expectations. Accommodation was very easy to find and easy excess to the apartment. It was very, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. For most of the time, it was very quiet at night time except for one evening.
When young people were screaming,,, but it wasn't long. They were just passing .As the location is SO close to the city centre, I feel this is to be expected. We had a lovely evening in Tramore, which is just about a 15 minute drive to the Beach.
Quirky accommodation in a quiet street in the city centre with good facilities. The beds and laundry were very comfortable, although small for 2 x 6 foot + guests. Provision of a bottle of drinking water for each guest, along with a packet of biscuits and teas & coffees a lovely touch.
I tend to be harsh with my scores as I like to keep 9's and 10's in reserve for the exceptional. This is a nice B&B in a quiet location with open views over cattle fields. Excellent breakfast and very friendly host and student helpers. We had only booked for one night as a stop-over so cannot comment on surrounding area or suitability for a longer stay. Would be very happy to stop here again. I believe there are only two guest rooms and the spacious downstairs lounge (with tv and fridge) is available for exclusive use of visitors.
The host is very friendly, helpful and makes great coffee. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfy. The toilet is spotless. Great location, walking distance to the city center, bus station and train station.

All the staff we met were lovely. Food was gorgeous, we had breakfast two mornings and lunch, everything we had was tasty and well presented. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city centre and the start of the greenway. The room was modern, clean, quiet and a good size. A lovely hotel to stay in.
