The location is fabulous; so close to the Laus which takes you into the city. I have stayed with Noreen before and will stay there again if I am lucky enough to visit Dublin again.

In central Dublin, few minutes walk from main attractions, pub and restaurants. Georgian Dublin, very quiet area considering we are in the centre. Opportunity to park just in front of main entrance if space available. Exceptional fresh breakfast in the morning. Lovely historical building with a garden. Staff helpful and available to our requests.
Room with traditional Irish bed linen and homewares. Fine gestures with chocolate.

What a fantastic stay ! From checking in to check out there’s nothing I could fault . The rooms were spotless and with a lovely big bed , coffee/ tea facilities - safe box - iron- hair dryer . You also have the most warm and friendly pub with a great selection of drinks. It’s the only place I would stay when in Dublin.

I thought the breakfast was very poor, the porridge was inedible , totally undercooked and the fruit salad was tinned fruit . Definitely not worth €9.50

We liked everything about this hotel. It is exceptionally well managed, and every single member of staff was friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful. Lovely touches such as complimentary tea, coffee etc and fresh pastries available in the lobby at all times, along with filtered water and ice. The rooms were not huge, but very comfortable and well designed, the bathrooms were smart, modern and spotless. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout, and the guest lounge has a lovely ambience and is a genuinely comfortable place to sit and chat, read, or work. We will definitely be back!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location and good facilities. Breakfast was fabulous for an additional charge but remember to book the night before with reception as it’s considerably cheaper
The location is amazing, close enough to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. Noreen is an amazing host and really nice. The room is spacious enough and has all necessity. The breakfast in the morning is amazing.
It was in a lovely quiet location. No noise from traffic & very close to where I was going. Able to park my car at front door. No parking charges or needing to worry about my car being secure. An added bonus in Dublin these days. Noreen was a great host and lovely lady to chat to. Continental breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Nothing was a bother to Noreen.
Very good and quiet location, only 20-25min away from city centre. There is a big shopping centre if you need to buy anything and a big Tesco. The hostess was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back
Great location near the Luas stop and the shopping centre. Nitelink bus from city centre also stops nearby. Was very quiet, had a great sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Quiet and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Very good reception desk. Interesting location of stairs behind doors labelled private but added to the interest.
