I booked this place for my father to spend his Christmas holidays in Dublin and it was definitely a right choice! He reported having a great experience: the room was lovely and cosy, the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few nice coffee & breakfast places close to the hotel and the surrounding area is just perfect for taking walks. He will definitely stay here again when comes to Dublin next time.

I was greeted by the owners, the house was decorated for Christmas and looked amazing. The location was brilliant for RDS and the Aviva stadium. I would love to stay again.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The view, the pool, the staff.... great location w/lots of infrastructure. Howth is only ca. 3 km away & such a quaint village!
Excellent food in hotel's italian restaurant, with fine waiters.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location as a base to explore Dublin. The view from our room was stunning and we loved the bathroom a real home from home.
The location is great - bus into the city centre outside the door, hairdressers, supermarket, coffee shops across the road, walks on the beach virtually on site, peace & quiet, easy access to Howth with the Marina, cliff walks, etc.
Check in was friendly & efficient. The room had a lovely sea view & was very comfortable & quiet. Breakfast had fairly limited choice but should satisfy most people - staff at breakfast were particularly friendly & helpful. The location is very good as it's so easy to take a bus (right outside the door) to the city centre or to Howth with all the lovely harbour or cliff walks.
Room was very spacious.
Breakfast was lovely and good selection.
Option of a pool.
It was a quiet hotel yet perfect location for howth, malahide or Dublin city centre.
