Great location, we made very beautiful long walks directly from our door. The restaurant next door was a real bonus, great food. And the only shop around was right across the street, so we could buy breakfast.
The host was very helpful and kind.

Nice place with a huge bedroom and bathroom. Bernadette is a lovely host who goes out of her way to help her guests. She makes a prety good breakfast too! Cute animals living on the property are a nice bonus
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location (although difficult to reach from Rathdrum railway station other than by taxi at 25 Euros). Check in staff were friendly and informative and helpful. Caravan was delightful although getting a bit tired and battered now (the seat cushions/mattresses are wearing thin for anyone over 70kgs). The common room and showers and toilets were clean and in working order. But the location and quiet and access to the countryside was lovely and we really weren't expecting luxury "glamping"
Excellent accommodation in a great location. Ann was a great host and very welcoming. Had a great nights sleep and a fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend for anyone.
Very charming, a proper BnB and felt very homely. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, especially considering the ‘child’ (shes 17) was free. Tom and Sam were great hosts. Was great to have a lounge to sit in with a cuppa at the end of the day and not to have to stay in the room. Beds were very comfortable (although the double felt small compared to our king size at home) and the room was quiet and very dark. The power shower was great and always hot water.
A unique way to spend a night in a stunning part of the country ,
Im 6 ft 2 , and was able to stand up in the caravan , and i slept like a baby on the bed at the rear.
Our caravan was one of the ones in the wooded area so we had a quiet private little area , where we could sit on the bench and enjoy a few drinks whilst the sun went down.
Staff were very helpful , and facilities were great.
we are just back from a 2 night stay at Stirabout Lane. The B and B had beautiful decor and we got a very good size room. bed was very comfy and it was very quiet at night. Daphne was a great hostess and gave us lots of tips of where to visit. Breakfast was delicious and whole trip was great value. Would definitely go back to this B and B.
