A warm hello welcomed me as soon as I was at the door .Breda let me check in early . My room was suitably sized, perfectly neat and freshly set up. Was given a key and told everything I needed to know about the area, shops, places to eat etc. Tea and coffee facilities with lovely treats and extra necessities for bathroom use all at hand just outside the door , kettle for the room upon request also. Comfortable bed . Shimmering clean bathroom and room and entire house smelled beautiful . Well done to the cook at breakfast as it was so delicious. Would definitely return.

This was a proper Bed and Breakfast, very charming, clean, cozy and roomy. The host's were kind, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location is goo for getting to the ring of Kerry but about 15 min from Kilarney city center but worth the drive. The B & B's in the city center were not even close to this one, it was great!
