The location was excellent, right in the center of town. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop all within walking distance. Close to the Black Water bridge with a lovely view from the lounge window. Good kitchen facilities with a microwave and tea & coffee readily available. Lovely bathroom with hot shower. Parking was nearby in a public car park for 1 euro a day! Pat and Miriam are great hosts, very welcoming. They have lovely grounds around their beautiful old house. It was lovely to see deer in an enclosure in the grounds. Beautiful breakfast room with a really nice breakfast and a rich selection of food. The room was nice and quiet. We also liked the communal guest room with kitchen and library.
Spacious comfortable room in quiet separate building adjacent to main house. Very quiet attractive farm grounds with Deer, goats etc all in spacious surroundings.
Breakfast was excellent cooked to order and v high quality, way better than the usual hotel buffet fare.
It's the best B and B we have stayed in in Ireland and having family there we have stayed in plenty over the years.
