The bed was very comfortable - firm, i slept like a log. The shower in the morning was excellent.
Breakfast was superb at only €10 extra and our host, Kathleen, was very attentive and nicely chatty.

Avril and David were so accommodating to our late check in. The house and room were tastefully and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the cooked breakfast was outstanding. So much choice available for food and made to feel so welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was really lovely: I loved the charcuterie, the fresh fruit and the gorgeous bread! Kathleen was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d definitely stay here again . Highly recommended.
The grounds and courtyard room were immaculate, staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming.
We originally booked a dinner in the restaurant but decided the bar menu suited our appetite better on that particular evening.
The bar food was of restaurant quality and a good size portion.
The overall atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and quiet.
We will definitely be staying again and would recommend it to anyone considering a stay.
Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful and lovely to chat to. Location is lovely and quiet, gorgeous room and the food is absolutely amazing, just be wary of how big the portions are!
We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms for 1 night. The room was beautiful and very quiet. It was a short walk to the main hotel for dinner and breakfast. Both dinner and breakfast were very good and staff were lovely and very helpful. Check in and check out was very easy also. The grounds were lovely to walk around too.
Great location as we were attending a wedding in Cabra Castle. Kathleen was very helpful and the accommodation was clean and welcoming. We have booked again for a Family wedding in December
Cabra Castle location and surroundings are excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic! Staff were very helpful and friendly thorough our stay, prices are quite reasonable for the Bar food / Drink considering the location and it being a luxury hotel. Staff were very fast and effective when room we had booked had to be changed.
Nice owners, great location, rooms large and comfy, nice and quiet, a perfect spot...
