Oh, my goodness. On a scale of 1-10, this is a 50. The grounds were stunning (thanks for your hard work, Joe). The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious (thanks, Noreen). As a former B&B owner, I know how hard it is to make things look effortless. This couple succeeds and then some. I cannot rate it more highly.

Charming and welcoming hostess. Very nice and large room, clean and tidy. A super sea view outside the house and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes and typical Irish breakfast.
Faultless. Lovely clean room, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, room was naturally a nice cool temperature, lots of treats in with the tea and coffee, Joan even brought us homemade apple cake when we first arrived, excellent breakfast with local black pudding 👍. Even managed a jog on the quiet country roads behind the property - saw 2 cars in the 45 mins I was out.
Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with very nice sea view :-) Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked. Owner is lovely and helpful. There are enough parking places on site. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, far from city. It was great to feel the country life. City centre (Kinsale) with lot of restaurants is about 20 minutes drive.
Fab BnB , great hosts who were friendly and helpful on so many occasions , food was excellent especially Noreen's home made breads , location in the country a few mins from a village with restos and pubs is quiet and restful. The whole thing is put together by Joe and Noreens great efforts to make everything work for their guests - they are great hosts - we had a wonderful few days there - Thanks a million - we hope 2 b back............
