Our visit was only a few days before Christmas and the property (both inside and out) was beautifully decorated for the season. The proprietors were very welcoming and organized. The country setting was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast, which included a variety of options and two homemade breads, was excellent. Close proximity to Knock, where we attended the Carols by Candlelight at the Basilica. Also close proximity to Claremorris and Kiltimagh, which offer a variety of dining options. I suppose the ultimate gauge in any review is whether you would return and the answer here is an absolute yes!

It is a great location in the center of a small town. It was really nice to have a kitchen to use to make breakfast and coffee. Host was so very accommodating on our check-in and check out. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet.

Very nice couple with cute, friendly dogs. Very welcoming and helpful. Most comfiest bed we've had on our 10 day trip, we had an amazing sleep. Very clean and tidy also quiet. Didn't get the breakfast but I'm sure it would have been great. Thanks a lot.
Lovely quiet location with plenty of space. Having our own little TV room off the bedroom was a massive bonus. Everything was nicely finished.

The room was very comfortable, with great facilities. Conor was a very welcoming host and cooked an excellent breakfast. The property is in a great location if you're travelling north/south in the west of Ireland, and within striking distance of Ballinrobe Racecourse.

All most everything was good, only the distance from the airport far and from the Basilica of Knock. The house it self in good location. Private parking. Good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. We said our flight early morning can we have quick breakfast, the staff made us sandwiches and there will be cereal to have, it was very kind of the staff.
