Ryan"s River Lodge is a warm and inviting place located along a scenic river as well as in the middle of the lovely village of Cong. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially Martha and her family! This was the best place we stayed in on our two week trip to Ireland. We'll be back!

Fantastic stay at a wonderful B&B. Joan was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we came in the door. The rooms are massive, the bed extremely comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Cong.

Cong is a charming village at the gates of the Connemara where you can find restaurants, bars, a beautiful forest to walk in. It is also famous for the movie The Quiet Man.
To sum up it was a perfect stay.
Great location. Cosy place. We had everything to hand. Spotless. Cafes near by. Parking by side of house. Near the cottage where the quiet man was filmed. Ideal if you are. Attending a wedding in the area .

Breakfast was served in a light, airy room by a charming and friendly member of staff who took extra trouble to ensure we were happy with our very large and filling meal.
