The location was good. I was in for a wedding and it was about 10 minutes from the venue. They had a stocked kitchen for the guests, nothing crazy but coffee, tea, oranges and other breakfast foods. It's a house so there is shared area then your room. Every room has it's own bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

Everything was perfect. We didn't arrive until later as there was a steam fair in Moynalty but it was no trouble, she even made us a cup of tea on arrival. They're tea making facilities in your room. The house was gorgeous. And her directions were spot on.
Our room was downstairs which was perfect for my partner as he has a disability. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the B&B to anyone who wants to stay in a home from home in that area. They also will give you bikes so you can cycle the greenaway if you want. ,
We sat in their kitchen where Patricia and Tim chatted away to us while making our breakfast her poached eggs were perfect.. The chat was mighty. Thank you Patricia and Tim for a lovely stay.

Breakfast was elegantly served in a beautiful dining room. The food served enough to satisfy the most demanding gourmand. The house itself was unique in our experience and gave us a flavour of a life during an earlier era. Charming.
