Our visit was only a few days before Christmas and the property (both inside and out) was beautifully decorated for the season. The proprietors were very welcoming and organized. The country setting was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast, which included a variety of options and two homemade breads, was excellent. Close proximity to Knock, where we attended the Carols by Candlelight at the Basilica. Also close proximity to Claremorris and Kiltimagh, which offer a variety of dining options. I suppose the ultimate gauge in any review is whether you would return and the answer here is an absolute yes!

It is a great location in the center of a small town. It was really nice to have a kitchen to use to make breakfast and coffee. Host was so very accommodating on our check-in and check out. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet.

The accommodation itself was great, with a nice outdoor area and spacious rooms. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was probably our favourite part, as the set up was lovely. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt, a selection of breads and drinks and even a menu for the cooked breakfast. I have never experienced such variety at a bed and breakfast before.
Great location, 20 min taxi ride from knock airport. Cheap accommodation with excellent, clean facilities. Comfy bed and friendly staff, kids loved waking up on a farm. Great value for money.
Breakfast was not included that was stated when I made the booking. Colm was a great host. I could make tea, use of all facilities tea milk etc. The bathroom was very clean and tidy and free use of all shower gels toothpaste etc great location in claremorris. Excellent value for the money and Plenty of places to have a great breakfast or dinner in the town
Very friendly staff and the hotel is in a great location. We were attending a funeral, the hotel was a very short walk to the church. I love the bar, it's quaint and the turf fire is very welcoming.
