Seagull Cottage B&B, hotel in Cahersiveen

Featuring a garden and views of sea, Seagull Cottage B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Portmagee, 2 km from Skellig Experience Centre.

What can I say about this gorgeous little place Andy has created in Portmagee. It is cozy, comfortable, inviting and just picture perfect. Andy has done an amazing job with his B&B from the moment you are greeted at the door till the time you leave it is home. Andy was an absolute gem and even did my laundry for me at a small fee it was washed, dried and folded neatly and put back in my laundry bag ready for me the next morning. Breakfast was lovely and the atmosphere of the Seagull Cottage is so like home. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Do yourself a favour and stay at Seagull Cottage cause you will not regret it. I loved my stay, and Andy even listened to my griping of the not so good drivers that get around Ireland. You are a gem Andy thanks again for my amazing stay ❤️ everything is just so cozy and comfy well done it's a credit to you👌🏻👍😘

Excellent spot!! We had a big room, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Instead of the usual, our continental breakfast left on our door knob, and fresh fruit, salmon & cheese, yogurt, granola and coffee was left in our room fridge upon our arrival. There's a cute little breakfast table too, so we enjoyed the nice quiet morning. The seafood restaurant was excellent as well, and we enjoyed not having to leave the premises.

Excellent hosts! Tom even drove us to the restaurant a few km down the road. He also gave very useful information on the interesting things that we could do in the area. The B&B itself was very nice and comfortable, very quiet, private parking lot, with a very good breakfast. We had a very nice chat with the owners.

The attention and love gone into maintaining the special character of the pub/boutique accommodation while making it feel modern and fun deserves special recognition. I’ve never stayed anywhere like it and it is my far my favourite stay anywhere! I cannot rate the property/owner/staff high enough! The place is spotless, relaxing, quirky with a touch of luxury. We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Quinlan & Cooke Boutique Townhouse. We had a stunning suite with beautiful bedroom, bathroom and living area and it even had a video arcade area for the kids. The townhouse is in a great location with lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. It is the ideal place to stay for visiting places like Valentia Island, Skellig Michael too. The staff were very kind and welcoming too. Cannot wait to return again soon.

This is an exceptionally charming Bed and Breakfast. The owner is friendly, accommodating, kind and made a wonderful breakfast that we enjoyed in the beautiful glass room. The area is perfect and the little village also very charming with a lot of artisan shops and interesting sites. We happened to be there during the mid-summer festival and enjoyed seeing the whole village out dancing and enjoying the summer, all ages, all together. It was beautiful.
