The property is modern and well appointed. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are spacious; which after traveling for a week in Ireland it was nice to get a bit of room to move. The location is a bit further from Wexford, but in the end that was fine. There are nearby restaurants, I especially recommend Mary Barry’s. The food was really good and the staff accommodating. The super highlight for your stay, besides the loveliness of the owners, will be the Irish Breakfast. It was astounding, delicious and filling; and as an American I’m really beginning to love the black and white puddings.

The room was bigger then any normal hotel room, I have stayed in the past, breakfast was wondering and Geraldine as a host was exceptional, and made our stay very enjoyable.

Geraldine and Patrick were genuinely pleased to be our hosts. They had thought of everything to make us comfortable. It was dark and quiet ensuring a good night’s sleep. They keep chickens so our breakfast eggs were super fresh!
Very quiet place and very nice people for a night rest after a long day the B and B is in the middle of the countryside. No noise or disturbance during the night. The room and ensuite are quite big and located at ground floor, so easy to access them. Plenty of facilities such as hair drier, ironing, plenty of storage,...Yummy Irish breakfast in the morning. Perfecto location for my trip to the Salter Islands the following morning as it is just s few minutes drive from the Quay
