Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was a good size. LOVE the light up mirror and the fact that you can let urself in and out as you please. Self check out was also a good touch as we didn't feel pressured into leaving.

Lovely location with private beach access, only a few minutes from Ballyshannon and Bundoran town centres. Quiet, relaxed, and with beautiful views across the Erne Estuary, it made for a perfect "unplugged" weekend. Elspeth and Andrew were both incredibly friendly and so welcoming, and we can't say enough good things about them, the farm, or the animals!

The location of the accommodation was perfect. Close to a private beach, and very quiet. Lama's and other animals were close by. It was handy for Bundoran and Ballyshannon. Elspeth was on hand for any problems and was a nice touch when she came and introduced herself and gave us loads of tips.

The B&B was within walking distance of Ballyshannon but located in a quiet country location with a sea view. The breakfast was superb and both Patricia & Dessie were attentive but not intrusive. They provided local information and recommendations and were friendly and made us both very welcome.
