Very clean and the staff were wonderful. Went beyond any expectations for what I expected. Good breakfast which was billed separately but worth it.

This is a Gem of a B&B just a stones throw from Bunratty Castle. Shane and Sinead are amazing hosts!! Spacious bedrooms and so comfy with all mod-cons in a beautiful setting. It's a home from home with the magic of christmas all around, we were made 100% welcome on arriving and this did not faulter throughout our stay!! Breakfast was wonderful with the very experienced in house chef (Shane) in the kitchen and Sinead (owners) front of house both went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember! Will definitely be back !! It was a family treat that will never be forgotten !
Highly recommended!!

The loving couple treated me like family. From cooking breakfast for me to pouring water on my frozen windows on my car prior to me leaving. I definitely will come back 🍀

Extremely clean and sanitary, kind and understanding host. Bedroom and bathroom had a lock, and you are separate enough from the rest of the house. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very good location, just a short walking distance to the town and supermarket. Bonus to have parking space without worry. The room size is good and there are two sofa sitting spaces. It is very quiet although it is near the town. The host is very kind to offer some snacks and milk in the fridge. We booked two rooms and she let us late check out so we could have time to take a walk inside the Adare Manor after breakfast there.
Great location. Beautiful hotel. We got a nice room overlooking the garden area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Peaceful quiet spot. Would come back again
We just stayed one night midweek in January so it was very quiet. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast in the room, one of the best I have had in a long time...with really polished cutlery! We had a lovely stay.
