Everything was just perfect, what I love the most is how Mbak Nina and Mas Midi put their love and heart into so many details in the design, and service delivery at Bale Jukung. I love this cosy hotel and Gili Air. That part of island has incredible sunset view. Staff was friendly. The sea was phenomenal. I will come back to this hotel as soon as possible

We arrived to find a room under construction beside ours, we asked to change rooms and they immediately arranged it, adjusting the rate lower accordingly. Location was great, best part of the island. The eating area on the beach and the little cabanas were perfect for a meal or an afternoon. Gardens were nice, staff kept the area by the rooms and out to the path very tidy. Food was very good (vegetarian), including the breakfast and the coffee. Outside (ensuite) bathroom was great. Mosquito netting was a good wrap. All the staff were lovely. Room had a safe.

We really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. It’s very cosy and quiet, but it doesn’t make it feel too villagey.
Everything you need is there: a spacious room, nifty open-air bathroom, a swimming pool, a common zone.
Claudio and the stuff are super friendly and easy going. They did everything to make our staying as comfortable as possible. Also, they were great with helping us keep a secret our surprise to my mom, which felt so great.
Breakfasts were AMAZING. Scrambled eggs and pancakes were the best I’ve ever tried.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Easy to navigate to and absolutely stunning setting. Only 6 suites so not many people, was nice and quiet. Gorgeous pool area. The suite was lovely, very large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and good air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. Would definitely stay here again.
This is like a boutique hotel, made out of upcycled materials. Everything is gorgeous. The garden, the stingless bees, the natural honey, great food, and near the beach with a little bar for the sunset. We hired a scooter and went to some great beaches. The live Friday night music was a real treat. The. meals were delicious. We also got a direct lift out to Gili Air.
This hotel met all our expectations and beyond, located in a secluded beach facing the Gili Islands and sunset. The staff is taking great care of all your needs. Rooms are beautifully fitted without ostentation. Many little complimentary attentions are given throughout the day so you won't starve. The hotel also proposes multiple activities and visits from the hotel with private car and driver-guide.

The drive isn’t as bad as it sounds, it’s long but the streets are good.
We got a cheap upgrade to a private villa with a Beamer where we could see our favorite shows. On our anniversary they decorated the room when we went out for dinner! Really sweet personnel!
Pick-up service from the airport worked very well.
Upon arrival I was upgraded to the villa with private pool.
The private pool is amazing.
The huge room is well equipped and offers everything you need.
The food in the hotel is a dream, there is something for all nations.
Change requests are taken into account and everything was there very quickly.
The resort is a bit isolated which makes it very quiet and allows space to enjoy the beach and sea undisturbed.
I can definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come again.
