For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

We had a really comfortable stay at Aston Kupang. The rooms are clean and quiet and there are all the services that you can wish for (room service including good food from the restaurant 24h, taxi transfer to the airport etc). The breakfast buffet is huge and delicious. A smaller selection is even available at 4 in the morning. We would come back if we come to Kupang again.
The stay here was cheap, although as a foreign tourist I had to pay a small surcharge upon reception. As I read before my arrival, this unfair practice by the staff is not uncommon in budget accommodations in Kupang. The staff was able to arrange a scooter rental and provide a transfer to the bus station, both for a very fair price.
