The staff were amazing. The boat company had left with my luggage still on the boat and the staff at Ananda were incredibly helpful in contacting the company and helping me to go and retrieve my baggage when it arrived. The staff were always available and helpful in booking things in, were really friendly and nice to chat to generally. Breakfast was really nice (lime pancake) and the staff were happy to make little adjustments to breakfast to accommodate guests. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked well.

Best place we stayed at in our month in Indonesia. Incredible value. We loved the two level cottage, it had incredible air con, comfy beds and pillows. The owner and his family were very kind, can rent bicycles cheap from him and he has a fridge with sodas and waters you can get as well. Breakfast is delicious with a fruit plate, coffee/tea/juice, and your main - eggs in various ways with toast, pancake or banana pancake. Great location centrally located on the island but easy walk/bike to great food and beaches.

My stay at Flow was divine. what struck me the most was the quality of the buildings, king coil mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedsheets, I do not remember the last time I slept so well.

It had super friendly staff, a nice little pool but the main draw card is its location - it is not far from the main centre of action at the port, but far enough away to be relaxing and it is one of the better locations for sitting and watching the sunset over the Gili Islands and Bali - many other tourists came to the facilities at this resort to do this. They have a good bar with some decent cocktails on the menu and a band playing relaxing reggae type music during sunset hours. The bar and restaurant are also good and one of the more popular choices we noted along our little strip of resorts with each resort seeming to pickone or two nights a week where they have a band playing to later and try to draw in a party crowd on the beach

Great location, very clean, spacious, nicely furbished. Air Con very efficient and silent, hot water 24/7, good breakfast and great Lombok Coffee every morning.

The location is good and quiet, but close to nice terraces on the Eastern coast of the Gili Air (2-3 min walk, see on Google Maps).
Only three villas felt very private, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was okay, nice details like gradient lighting, fridge, good a/c, and backup power while there was a power cut. The staff was nice and helpful. Pool was quite big and clean. Great location at the quiet part of the island, further from loud mosque.
Really enjoyed our stay here. We got a Grande room (not the smallest nor biggest) and it was lush, really great amount of space. Comfy bed. Space to chill and watch telly. Comfy space on the porch to relax. Spa on site. Lovely pool with beds and pool bean bags. Very attentive on whatsapp. Great location about a 10-15 min walk from the port, which means it’s private enough to be quiet but close enough to go to the main bars etc for dinner. They also helped us organise our cidemo back to the port, our fast boat and a snorkle trip.

Hut was clean, comfortable, modern touches (sockets, lights etc), lovely private outdoor bathroom, quiet, great location straight onto beach in quieter Northern part of island. Sushi restaurant was outstanding. Lovely owner and Benny and the other boys and girls looked after us and were incredibly fun and upbeat.

This is an amazing place to stay with great hosts and a wonderful team who keep the place looking as new. It is located on the quieter north coast of Gili Air which we much preferred. It's only a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cycle to the busier parts anyway. The rooms and private pool are just incredible with plenty of space to spread out. We stayed 6 nights and really did not want to leave. My partner cried when we left! Highly recommended
Taman Senang is in a great location, easy to get to the port, beach and all the restaurants. it was complete luxury having my own villa with private pool and it was spotlessly clean.
