LOCATION @ Right exactly beside Batam Feri Centre - It is walking distance only about 40 meters only. But been cheated by Private Car Driver as he charges us 500K. We learn the lesson as first timer as we had agree when we booked the vehicle.

We did not stay in this apartment as there was some issue with the toilet. Host, Ed offered us another unit at Nagoya Thamrin City so review is for this apartment.
Great location with many shops and eateries around and high floor unit. Mostly quiet except for occasional prayers from nearby mosque.
Host was very responsive to our problems and communication was great too!
Clean, cheap, tv with some cable channels. Close from 2 big mall and food court. At 50 meters supermarket with bar, with cappuccino fresh fruit and other local snack.
