In an Apartment was everything that you needed. I also liked the Lavender Soap in the bathroom, cause the Tihany is known for the Lavender fields and they made a bunch of stuff out of it. We didn't have far to walk to the City, where we could see the old houses of Tihany. There we drank Lavender Lemonade, Lavender Wine, Lavender liquor and Lavender beer. I forgot to taste the Lavender Ice cream so next year I need to come back 😅
Last year I visited the other side of Lake Balaton and I saw that Tihany is very calm and quiet, which is also good for those who want that.
We did need to walk a little more to the beach.. but if you don't want to Walk, then you can take the Bus, Taxi or you can rent a bike.
Our only regret was that we did not extend our stay in the apartment as our vacation passed too quickly.

Everything was perfect, quiet location, there is a bakery downstairs. Everything is clean, there is a small fridge. Comfortable and clean beds, really wonderful for cleaning.

Don't be put off by the building- the apartment is modernized with a very comfortable bed, a large balcony and a decent bathroom. It is walking distance from the strand in a quiet street with a pretty view of the hills. No elevator.
