What's not to like! Absolutely gorgeous room with all the amenities and more. I honestly had the best time here. It was the most perfect place to stay. Ana is an amazing hostess and she and her family have done an amazing job with that room. Her restaurant below provides the most amazing food and the hospitality was out of this world. I can't wait to come back.

The apartment is big enough, the rooms itself are also big. The view is nice, we could see beautiful sunset. The host is nice and talkative. Usual check-out at this place is 9 a.m., but the host was kind and allowed us later check-out at 10 a.m. Internet connection was average/good. The apartment was clean. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this place.

The location was very convenient. Easy walking to the Old City and restaurants. The owner met us at the entrance to the parking garage, even though we arrived late, and walked us up to our unit to ensure everything met our satisfaction.

Great location. Room in the owner's family home with its own beautiful balcony and access from outside through the balcony (complete privacy). One minute walk to the sea. The area is quiet, peaceful and very picturesque. Mrs Tajana very welcoming, helpful and there was no problem to ask for a change of check-in and check-out times.
Nice hotel if you want to stay far of the crowd of Zadar, 15' minutes from downtown and 10' from the airport by taxi/uber. Breakfast and room are well. In front of Hotel there is a small beach, nice and quiet (Hotel hasn't a private beach). Close is the Marina (D Marin), you can get it walking, 10' minutes, it's an amazing and marvellous place and beach, has a private and public sector, bar, restaurant and services, it's worth!
Value for money. Cheap cocktails. Limited food options, but food is tasty. Some staff friendly, some not. Pool was very quiet. Very close to Zadar airport. Town 15 min walk away, lots of nice restaurants and bars, much cheaper than staying in Zadar.
Beautiful and quiet environment with a lovely terrace and garden. Great location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious house perfect for couples or a family.
Great location on the sea front in a quiet area. Room spacious, clean and comfortable - view from the large private balcony across the sea to the islands is amazing. Hotel is family run and they are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Plenty of parking and about 12 minutes drive to the airport.
