Great place, excellent location some 200m from the main road, therefore quiet. Great sights from the window, you see both hills and the sea. They have a large private pool, it is worth trying. The Plekanica National Park is very close, 1km and worth visiting. And the beach…actually when you are on September, count it as your private beach, because few people are here. The last, but not least - the host is super friendly, offers you a welcome and farewell drinks, you can chat with him about Croatian history, etc.

Great location close to mountains and see. There are no neighboring houses. The apartments are modern, big, and comfortable. Charming owner with a responsive approach. The only negative I noticed was small ants randomly running around the kitchen, but after the request, some powder was applied and they dissapeared. Great place to stay
Great location right on the beach. Nice room, good bed. Very large restaurant with extensive dinner and breakfast buffets. We were there out of season, nice and quiet. In season it offers lots of (children) entertainment and watersports.
New building, really spacious and clean apartment, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, great location next to Paklenica, private parking, really lovely and friendly host.
We were in Starigrad to climb in Paklenica National Park, and the drive there from this location was maybe 5 minutes. Property is up the hill from town quite a bit; so had amazing views of the Adriatic but was quieter and less bright during sleeping hours than a location on the main strip would have been. The owner is great: she even allowed us to park in the carport and left her personal vehicle outside. She left us fresh fruit, orange juice, and a couple of beers in the fridge.
Location was a dream with private beach and calm location (even though it is directly next to a street). You can lend a stand up paddle on premise and buy some juices and stuff produced by the owners.
We had the "Deluxe Double or Twin Room" and "Two-Bedroom Apartment", they were both kinda big and the "Deluxe Double or Twin Room" was really nice and modern (but everything seemed to be made in an as cheap as possible way but still ok -> and it was ok)

Nice studio on the first floor with a large private balcony and a beautiful view of the sea and coastal mountains, very clean and equipped with everything you need. A few minutes from the pleasant beach, 15 minutes to the centre along the pleasant coastal promenade. Quiet location surrounded by greenery, fast internet and easy parking, just everything amazing, thanks!
So the place is just magical! It is quiet, private beach just perfect if you want to escape the madness of public beaches.. we loved every minute of our stay. And our hosts were awesome too! I wish we could stay one week longer..
