Everything! The hospitality was the best we received in our 5 week trip! Luka met us at the car park, organised a pick up, gave us a wonderful comprehensive list of tips and recommendations and a welcome drink. The room was 5 star, bed luxurious, bathroom shower was so so good. Windows are double glazed and door has a sound proof panel so you don't get restaurant noise. The breakfast was outstanding and the waitress was delightful despite our early starts. We both used to work in the travel industry and have high standards, this was fantastic. Well done Luka and Mario. Better than 10/10

We were pleased to receive some fresh fruits from their garden and delicious homemade wine. Accommodation was very clean and has everything what we needed. Nice garden with turtles living there. The neighbourhood is quiet and gives the local feeling. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.
We visited nearby towns and the place was just perfect spot to stay. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The hotel is in a great location, straight on the beach with a swimming pool. Staff is lovely and always here to help with anything. Restaurant is good both for lunch or breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views. Very quiet rooms and surroundings. Good parking and a mini supermarket next door.
Perfect location, next to the large road from Podstrana to Split but completely quiet and private a little on a hill. The sea is a minute walk from the stairs and you have your own almost private beach, which is clean and in the water the bottom is sandy. The house is a gem for the price, the host Zana was very friendly and accomodating, the A/C worked well and the house was comfortable to be in even with the heat wave we stayed there with (38-40 degrees).

Wonderful, peaceful newly built house. Great for kids or for a quiet retreat. More than enough space for 4 people with private bathrooms in each beadroom. Well equipped kitchen. Big TV. Air conditioning in all the rooms.

Great apartment, all you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning etc. is in the apartment on arrival. Fabulous location, 5 minute walk to a supermarket, 6/7 minutes walk to a stunning beach. Taxi to Split city centre quite cheap. Pool was great and private, we loved the outdoor dining area. Apartment has air con. Host Milan was very friendly. We hope to stay here again sometime
