This property is conveniently located close to the tiny old town and a local supermarket. It has its own parking with plenty of space (at least in mid-September). Our room had a nice view from the balcony. A full-sized refrigerator with freezer was available in the room. The hotel is actually more like an appendix to a restaurant and a marina, so it only consists of a few rooms and there is no conventional reception desk - you get the keys of your room at the bar. I guess the place gets more busy in the main season.

We stumbled upon Black Pearl Hotel in Tisno purely by coincidence while searching for a small coastal town, and we couldn't have made a better choice!
First, the city. The town of Tisno is simply beautiful—especially the sunsets, which are beyond incredible. It is also conveniently located halfway between Zadar and Split, and allows for all-day or half-day trips along the coast, around the islands, or into the mainland. Krka National Park left us speechless!
Second, the hotel and, specially, the hotel host, Vladka. She truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was unforgettable. From a delicious breakfast while enjoying the mesmerizing views from the hotel, to countless recommendations and tips whenever she had a chance. We are so very grateful for her warm hospitality and kind spirit. We felt we got to know a very special person.
All in all, our stay at Black Pearl was the high point of our first-ever trip to Croatia. We left feeling that we needed to stay longer, which is why we are planning to make Black Pearl our base during the entire trip the next time we visit the Dalmatian coast.
If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place in a gorgeous town close to a million activities and yet with a relaxing atmosphere, we cannot but recommend Vladka's Black Pearl in Tisno. We will definitely come back.

The atmosphere was very hospitable. The large balcony offers enough space for meals and relaxing. The location of the apartment is about 10-15 minutes walk from the center and beach of Pirovac and is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.
The property is in a quiet location, walkable distance to the beach and town centre. We have arrived late and night due to our flight being delayed and host lady waited for us and gave us a warm welcome. Host responds to all queries very promptly. Apartment was clean and there is a huge terrace at the property. Pirovac town is small but has everything you need . Nice beaches, beach bars, nice restaurants and bakeries open till late at night.
We had 3rd floor with luxury terrace and sea view. Friendly receptionist lady. Location - beach and city center in a walking distance. Free wifi. Private parking. Spacious private hotel garden area. Laundry machine.
The apartment was new, clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos on Booking. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The Luxury Apartments were quiet, ideal for families. Very good location, just next to the marina and the city center of Pirovac. Excellent breakfast with fresh ingredients. Nice owners, waited for us to give the key even though our flight got delayed and we arrived at ca. 1:30 AM. Clean rooms with A/C.
