I lived in both 1 floor and ground floor apartments, despite that the lower apartments do not have air conditioning, they are still quite cool in the heat, but pay attention to this (no AirCond in ground floor apts) when ordering.

It was close to the beach. The host was extremely warm and welcoming. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. In short, we liked everything about this sweet, sea apartment😊 And it is our biggest recommendation for you to stay here when you come to the Gornji Karin.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, surrounded by beautiful nature of rockies. It's the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, making it an ideal spot for a family retreat. The hotel exudes a comfort and homely atmosphere. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hostess, Maria, is incredibly welcoming and hospitable. She's always attentive to her guests and ready to assist if any issues arise. I highly recommend this aparthotel to everyone. It's the kind of place you'd want to return to time and again.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location when you don't need wild night life. The sea is calm here. Just a couple of steps to the sea at the appartment. And when you have a boat it is near to visit great canyon of Zrmanja river where the Vinnetou movies were made. Nice location for hiking in the neighbourhood (Kudin most, Monastir Krupa, ...). Very small shop in the village. Supermarket about 10 km in Obrovac.
The house is perfect. It has got all the equipment you may need, nice rooms and a lot of place outside the house. It´s clean and nice. Perfect to stay with your family memebers and children. The beach is near down the hill, so you can pop in and out all the time. This place is a little bit quiet, no services on the beach. I recommend for family with children who want a quiet and not crowded place. The nearest shop/market/grocery is 5 min. by car.
Being right on the water was lovely, the pool was there when you didn't want to swim in the sea. It was very quiet (end of May). Central between the national parks and close to some hidden gems. The owner's mum left us little homemade doughnut balls outside the door which were lovely.
We saw some local reptile wildlife on the roads.
The location is great, right at the coast, and at least at the end of April the neighborhood was extremely calm and silent, not much else but the sounds of birds and an occasional fishing boat. Swimming in the sea is possible just under the property. There is private parking between the house and the coast and below it is a small terrace with a grill and tables where one can have a lovely breakfast under the fig trees and with a sea view. The kitchen is well equipped and even contains a dishwasher. The lady who received us was extremely nice.
The surroundings were really beautyful and peaceful. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony facing the sea and the sun. Easy to swim, the property had a private shorline.
Great location - especially with kids. You just take a few steps down to a private little beach with big umbrellas (great in the hot days). Kayak you can use is a bonus (we could fit the whole family and paddled to other beaches almost every day). Apartment is nice too and has everything you need. Host are super nice and helpful.
Great location when doing the kayak tour nearby. The owner arranged it for us including transportation. Rest of the stay at Village Zrmanja was good, especially the quietness, personnel and swimming pool :-)
