The rooms were spartan but comfortable, and the hostess is very welcoming and friendly. There is a cafe/restaurant across the road and wineries all around, and it’s an easy walk into the walled town to see the sights from above. The location is easy to find and makes for quick connections throughout the Motovun area. We rented bicycles from a local vendor to ride la Parenzana trails around Motovun which was a great way to spend a day. I would recommend staying at Sobe Nena (Guest House Nena) to anyone looking for a quaint stay in a charming village.

This was a great location for our small group to stop between Pula & Pltvice Lakes. The parking was great for our large van. The staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the gourmet tasting menu and although pricey was magnificent.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location at the base of Motovun to explore the town and for traveling around Istria. Supermarket is across the road and you can walk to winery's. We had the unit close to the road which is noisy during the day with traffic but quiet during the night. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

A very charming 300 year old house spread over 3 floors. Private parking space, wonderful traditional furniture and a delightful small terrace to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink on. Great to have a washing machine also.
