Great location. Nice clean room with fridge and kettle. Shared microwave in foyer was a great thing to have access to and I was able to keep leftovers in the fridge, then reheat them using the supplied bowls...much appreciated (there was only one teaspoon though, and bigger spoons or forks would have been useful).
I had room 3 which sounds like it is more spacious than the other two rooms. The noise from the restaurant below wasn't a problem if shutters and windows were closed, and if too hot there was a/c.
I found the host helpful and she let me in my room an hour earlier than check in time.
Note that there are many steps in Korcula so if staying in Old Town you'll be carrying luggage up and down many stairs, including the stairs to Maria's apartment on the 2nd floor.

The location was perfect. The view from the rooms out to the see is just increible. Downstairs Café, bacery and Restaurants.Old town around the corner.
The mattress was for us to soft. Communication was quick but more with body language. No english because she is a local which is great.

The location is perfect, literally on the beach. The beds are very comfortable, rooms and all house is very clean. The host Gordana is very lovely lady, very helpful and keep the house and little private beach very clean.We enjoyed our vocation.
What exceeds expectations most at this property is the location (cross a quiet road and you're at the beach), and the value for money (comfortable, clean rooms at very low cost for Croatia). Everything else was wonderful as well - hospitality, breakfast, amenities (available SUPs at no charge!).
Very nice hosts, great location. Close to the sea, shop and restaurant and at the same time a quiet area. The rooms were well-kept and, above all, very clean. This is a place worth returning to.
The place was absolutely lovely!! The owner is always available in case of questions, suggestions or whatever. The house has its own sea entrance and it’s very quiet and beautiful. Definitely recommending it ! We wish we could’ve stayed even more
