The room was really spacious and comfortable. The host was so friendly and welcoming, made extra effort to tell us about what to see in the area and even loaned us an umbrella in the rainy weather. The breakfast was good, and we could take extra for snacking during the day. We would definitely return to this lodge.

Very comfortable room. The guesthouse was 10 minutes drive from the lakes, so very convenient.
Evening meals were good and there was some good wine on offer too.
If you don't want to eat at the guesthouse every evening, try Restaurant Antonio, just up the road.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The host was very welcoming and helpful. She suggested some sights to see and how to get there. The apartment was just like on the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful but most importantly very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the apartment if you have a car to get there.
The apartment is exceptionally clean, and contains everything needed for the stay. The kitchenette is well organised and includes different plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses, forks and knives for any situation. In the garden you can find several hammocks hanging under plum trees.
The road to the Plitvička lakes takes 15..20min. Another great location nearby is an abandoned airbase with tunnels.
Keep in mind, there are no markets in the area, and the host will kindly warn you in advance. Arrange food supplies according to your plans.
