Wow, the location is incredible (everyone should visit Ston!) and the owners of this hotel were so welcoming and friendly. The family room we had was absolutely beautiful with so many thoughtful touches. The beds are comfy, the air con is the best we've ever had (actually silent!) and the bathroom perfect. We had to check out really early to catch our flight and our lovely hosts were incredibly kind and offered us an early (and delicious) breakfast. The homemade marmalade was out of this world! We hope to return one day. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful place. For me, the essence of Croatia – picturesque bay, clean and calm sea (snorkeling all the time) and apartment very close to it, but also uncrowded beach and great location between Pelješac and Neretva Valley (thank you for the delicious grapes from there). It’s peaceful and quiet, away enough from the crowds, but still close to tourist destinations. Damir, the owner, as well as his family, very nice and helpful. Apartments were clean and well equiped. We felt like at home and had a great time.

The owner Mate greeted us with words that we have everything here. In fact, we got more. Peace and quiet and amazing views are what captivated us the most. Villa Mate has all the amenities and a great location. The proximity to the sea (10 minutes walk) and a wonderful bay where we spent a wonderful time. Mate is a wonderful host, he made us a delicious dinner twice, seafood and fish. Mate is ready to do a lot for his guests. It was a great vacation.
Great location, beautiful view, clean pool and comfortable beds, this apartment has it all!
It’s only a few minutes walk from the beach (and the beach bar which serves great burgers!). Komarna is quiet but not desolate, there’s a mini market, a restaurant and a drink bar as well - also in a 3minutes distance, and you can visit the local winery as well (2km).
I highly recommend it for everyone, it’s one of the best places we’ve been…
