We were very satisfied. The house has a great layout. Each room has its own bathroom. The pool is perfect, deckchairs, umbrellas, seating, another seating area with a grill behind the house. There is also a new playground at the house. Quiet environment, yet there are many restaurants nearby, 8 min. walking distance to the beach, Plodine, football field. Very close to Poreč and also Rovinj is not so fare. Very good communication with the owners.
Mobile house ( standard one) was new, clean, airconditoned, great location (close to see, even not directly to beach) - however if we were not in the first row, might be less convenient,

The various beaches are available: stones, concrete as well as pebbles- for all kinds of swimmers
We stayed 5 nights in a mobile home with 3 kids (young adults). Very good location, in a small bay with a small own beach, with various spots around the peninsula where you can swim almost in private and you could also find great beaches in walking distance. Lot of trees, you could always find a place where you could hide from the sun. Generally quiet, we could sleep well at night.Very helpful and cooperative manager lady.
