We absolutely loved everything about this property!
The location was perfect - tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet still close to all the main attractions. The place itself was immaculate, with spotless rooms and modern facilities that made our stay wonderfully comfortable. The swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the little bar was a great spot to unwind in the evenings.
The highlight of our stay, though, was our hosts - Maro and Nicole. They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality truly made the experience special for my friends and me.
Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10 😀

Francesca is a lovely guesthouse. It’s almost like staying in someone’s home. They were all so accommodating to us. Letting us stay till 3 because we had a late flight. Francesca’s son drove us to the airport. We found out that he has a winery and does tours. Something we wish we knew earlier.
It was a little way out but that suited us and it was easy to catch a local bus into town.
There was a beautiful beach about 20 mins walk. If you go there checkout the bombed out buildings from the war.
Francesca’s house was also bombed and they have been renovating it to become the lovely family guesthouse that it is .
Katerina was such a lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for us. Great breakfast also.

Everything was very neat. The apartment had everything we needed. We would have liked to use the pool, which is conveniently located right next to the apartment, but the weather was bad when we were there. What was very good were the hosts, who are wonderful people with whom we were happy to stop and talk. We will be happy to come back again.

While the room I was given was quite basic, it was certainly comfortable enough. The hosts were helpful and I enjoyed meeting them. They were SUPER nice to let me leave my car in secure parking lot for NO CHARGE for 3 nights, including 2 nights when I went and stayed in Dubrovnik Old Town. And they arranged for their daughter to give me ride into Dubrovnik for modest fee. Also, a very good local pizza place right next to apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped, kitchen accessories, air conditioning. Great location in the very center of Cavtat, next to the bus stop, taxi and port. Due to a late arrival, we had a late check-in without any problems. The building is very calm and quiet. 10 minutes by car to the airport
Beautiful view in quiet area. The appartment is well kitted and has got a lange balcony. Cavtat is a lovely charming little town with a lot of restaurants.
The host was very nice and the room was very good. Location is very good if you travel by car, otherwise you need to take a bus from Dubrovnik and walk along the road for about 7 minutes from the bus stop. From what I saw there is no bus to the airport but a taxi is pretty cheap. The terrace is big with an amazing view, especially of the sunset! You can see the planes flying to the airport very close as well but, while being in the room, it is still very quiet.
Clean, modern, plenty of room for a family of three, 2 adults and a teenager. Facilities were great, well equipped kitchen and washing facilities. Great location, only a 5min walk to the centre and a 10-15 min was to Zak beach. Comfortable apartment and aircon was great. Goran is a great host, he went out of his way to collect us from the airport and drop us off at the airport. He checked on us mid week to make sure all was ok, and dropped us off a bottle of wine from his vineyard.
Great location away from the Dubrovnik crowds but easy access to Dubrovnik via water taxi or Uber. This modern boutique hotel is owned and operated by a very friendly family. It is located in a charming little city on the waterfront with many good restaurants. The breakfast was very good and the owner offered us homemade pancake that were delicious. Important to mention, conveniently located close to the airport.

A great place to locate yourself if you are looking to explore Cavtat and surrounding areas with Dubrovnik close as well and only short drive to airport. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was wonderful, a great balcony and the bed! The bed was pure luxury from the mattress to the bedding, so comfortable! The view was amazing! All in all I would recommend Villa Markoc. It was nice and quiet and great getting to Dubrovnik on the water taxi! There is also a market close by for snacks.
