I liked everything about this lovely little B&B. The room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great.
The location is excellent, particularly if one is biking the Parenzana bike trail.

Antonela created a little piece of paradise with her garden. When we arrived with our bikes the fragrance of Yasmine welcomed us. The roses in front of the stone work were stunning and owned the space. Plants, pots and decorations were placed lovingly and aesthetically pleasing. A place that calms and soothes, a place that invites to sit quietly or have conversations.
Antonella and Franz went out of their way and whipped up a four course meal that was my favorite one on our weeklong trip from Trieste to Pula.
And last but not least, they had clothes lines in their backyard where we could dry our clothes that had gotten wet during a downpour.

The hotel was perfect from all points of view. Confort, facilities, wine and olive oil of excellent quality.
Bed was very confortable and bathroom very clean and well decorated. A mirror in the bedroom was a big plus.
The staff provided very good information conerning excellent restaurantes in the proximity.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Amazing resort, it was so nice we had to actively take time to explore outside the resort. Breakfast was very bountiful and tasty. Pizzeria and stakehouse provided great food, and the beer was superb. Pool area (adults only in resort) is great and quiet, very nice for relaxing and cooling off.

Owners are very friendly. As someone has said before it’s as we were prt of family. The apartment is not big but it has everything that somebody needs. Very quiet and the tree in the garden gives fantastic shadow to be outside apartment.
The en-suite room was spacious and luxurious. The bed was large and very comfortable. The only restaurant in town was downstairs, which was very convenient and several cafes were nearby. The room was at the back of the building and very quiet, with beautiful long views over the countryside. There was storage for our bikes and we received a friendly welcome, with the option of breakfast the next morning.
A truly exceptional experience. Felt pampered from arrival to departure. Warm welcome and help with luggage with small golf electric car was amazing. Room decorated in nice modern- village style, with many small details. Luxury cosmetics, welcome note and cookies, and many other nice details. Great breakfast with local and fresh food, all was 1st class and super kind staff both in restaurant and reception. Great location for enjoying Kozlovic, Kabola and other wineries, enjoying Istria, but also visiting Venice with only 2 hours distance.
beautiful house in remote area but close to the best beaches, surrounded with forest and charming garden. The house was refurbished with very good taste. Hosts were very helpful and nice, also quiet so that we could feel independent and free. great place for rest, also with children and pets. In the garden there was a grill, we could also use grown herbs. Swimming poll is in progres!
