A little paradise on earth. The hotel is located in a lovely bay, with a small beach, next to a small campsite - the hotel offers sun chairs for their guests in the shade of their olive trees, where they also serve you drinks. It is a perfect place to swim, snorkel, sup or kayak. Our room was overlooking the bay and had a small balcony (which was offered to us as a free upgrade), also a small fridge and a safe. Car could be parked on the premise. The hotel offers breakfast (included) and you can also offer a very good dinner (not included). Personnel is super lovely and friendly.

We loved our stay at the property, the hosts are excellent, friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile for us, picking us up from the airport and even ironing some of our clothes. The property is very clean and modern and the pool area is lovely with comfy sunbeds and towels provided. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, and it’s around a 20 minute walk into the centre of novalja. Would highly recommend and would return.

The bed was very comfortable with a lot of pillows to choose from. The balcony was very nice, with shade in the morning, and you could enjoy a fantastic view of the small port, astonishing at sunset. The room had everything and Gorana prepared in the fridge some fresh water and even homemade liquors for us!! She managed the communication very well even if my phone was broke. She is very thoughtful, at the entrance you can find also umbrellas to lend to go to the beach.

The best accomodator i have ever met. Outstanding service: welcome beverage, brief intro, map of the area, instructions & recommendations. Flawless check in/out process. Very high quality apartment including furniture, at a very good location. Very clean apartment, free coffee, tea, coke & water as welcome gifts, very good sound isolation, except the main door of the room. Perfect parking possibility. Villa is literally 30 meters from the sea. Beach is OK, but very small. Great beaches within a 10 minutes radius. Infrastructure is very string - lot of restaurants, shopping malls, bakerys, etc.. This kind of accomodator manner ahould be taught to all others….. Thanks again to the Ropus family!

The apartment was very nice, looked much better than on pictures, everything was clean and tidy. The location is very green and quiet, perfect for family holiday. The owner Maria is the kindest lady we had ever met. Always making sure we are comfortable, played with our kids, gave us lunch or dinner etc... We highly recommend an accommodation and would definitely come back.
The balcony of our room (no 9) was just lovely.Private, quiet, nice comfy furniture…really pretty with a lovely outlook over the grounds.Room was spacious and comfortable with a kettle and fridge, very useful.
