The hotel is new and very clean. The sea view from window is beautifully, but if you taking the room with the view, and staying during weekend - take the earplugs. The hotel is located next to promenade with restaurants and bars - so the noise can be quite loud.
Anyway - don’t sleep in Zadar, choose Bigrad and Moru♥️

Great private pool, perfectly clean surroundings with a lot of toys and things to play with for the kids. Apartments are in a quiet location, spacious and have everything needed for a week long stay. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 15 minutes to the city centre, 2 minutes drive to supermarkets. Definitely recommended

Great location, We were in our own building which was quiet and private. Very near to bars, restaurants and beach. Parking for our hire car was right outside.
What was really great, that this apartment was very close to the city centre ( about 3-4 minutes by walk ), and also close to the beach. ( 8-12 minutes by walk ). It has private parking area, but about 2-300 meters away from the apartment. Caffee bars, restaurants, bakery/pekara are close to the apartment also. Room was clean and big, we had view for the road. We had a common shared terrace which was quiet, so it was restful for us. Apartment has somehow only 2 *, but I think it worths 3.
