Everything! The villa it’s authentically Greek style, very clean, with fresh toiletries and fresh towels every morning. You can eat outside because the weather is so nice and you are close to the old town, shops and the beaches( just a 10 min walk) where you can see the sunset and the sunrise. The food was plenty, very diverse, and Irene, the host was such a warm and kind woman, always making sure that we have everything and we are comfortable.

Pension Annoula must be the best booking regarding money/value we've ever done. If you're looking for a great starting spot to explore Rhodos and need just basics - a bed to sleep in with a bathroom and a fridge to store some food, then this is it. The rooms are reasonably sized, the location is great, just a few mins walking to the biggest supermarket in the town (Bazzar) and a great coffee spot (Gregory's) next to it. The owners are very friendly and always present (they live in the main building) and ready to help and greet you in the morning & evening. Parking is available on the streets near the entrance and we've never had a problem to find a spot, whatever time we arrived back from our exploring. We can definitely recommend this place, and should we visit Rhodos again, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. --- Other reviewers may mention some "negative" things, but I'd consider them to be a nitpicks, this really is the best money/value booking one can find, but one also must treat it as such. To be fair, here are some facts, but don't take them as negatives per se: - the pillows can indeed be tougher (we've experienced two separate rooms during our stay and one had good pillows, the other had them a bit tougher) → my GF did not mind and I used my own in the end - the WiFi can get a bit overwhelmed in the evenings when everyone is in their rooms - don't expect any movie streaming, but for casual browsing (facebook/instagram/etc) it's okay - no putting toilet paper in the toilet, but rather, in a bin → that's a Greek thing, and the bins are cleaned every day, so no real issue there - both rooms we stayed at had shower curtains → yes the bathroom gets quite wet during showering but it's built for that with a drain in the middle, so again, it's by design and no real issue

This hotel has a very nice location - in the main street with cafes, very close to both beaches, and it has no noise, very relaxing and calm for a good sleep. The host and managers are very helpful and nice. The cleaning lady is also super professional and the room is very clean. Most of all, I liked breakfasts and a lady cooking them is very nice! Breakfasts are really healthy, no junk food, options for vegans, and everything is very helathy and delicious - greek youghurt, tahini, nuts, honey, jams, salads and super delicious kuskus, peanut butter, coffee! Amazing and very Greek! Thanks a lot ! The room has a good new bed, very good AC, large bathroom with a good shower, Everything is new!

Nice, well-appointed, clean, very well-located apartment in the heart of Old Town, and yet very quiet and calm. And also, Nick, the host is super nice, communicates well and promptly and has a lot of useful tips. Great experience, all around.

Superbly located in a quiet but very beautiful part of the old town. It is an old house with only 11 bedrooms and vaulted ceilings in hewn stone. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning was working well. Most importantly, service was absolutely first class, helpful and friendly. It really feels like one is welcome by friends! And it is the case, as Christos and his two partners are school or university friends.
